the staff was excellent, superfriendly. i have stayed in king suite with 'one bedroom and a spa tub plus the balcony for 2 nights.

It was in a central location, to the main marina. Besides, we were just off the Whitsunday Islands, a very special part of the Reef area, the waterfront, and the harbour.

Beds were quite hard in this place.

The units are nicely furnished and spacious, creating a really cozy atmosphere. 🏡.

I feel the level of service is very different for a one night solo traveller stay than that recieved by couples on a longer break going by previous reviews.

Very comfortable room, stated there was Foxtel/Austar but only 3 channels worked.

Review for At Waterfront Whitsunday Retreat - Adults Only

I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Whitsunday Retreat in early November during our honeymoon trip. the location was central, making it convenient to explore everything, including the Port of Airlie and the lively Main Street of Airlie Beach. It was the perfect base to enjoy all that the area has to offer!

Very helpful staff, easy check in. A local area, good and amazing location right by the bus station that connects to the different Whitsunday cruises, the Whitsunday Islands, a very special part of the Reef area, and Airlie Beach. Nearby Anchor Bar - great place to chill out.

Beautifully designed and decent sized rooms with delightful views of the crystal clear blue ocean. Extremely comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. - Personalized service everywhere. - the staff were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful, even assisting with free parking.

The air-con did not seem to be variable (full or nothing) and tv channel choice was poor (nothing available on Austar)

The staff was more than helpful and pleasant. It was quite and peaceful.not to far from the main streets and shops that you could not walk.My husband and I will definitely be back for a weekend away.

The room was really spacious and nicely furnished, plus there was this awesome bath 🛁. Also, it was super convenient being so close to a beautiful park.

The room and facilities gave us the opportunity to relax and wind down with the pool right outside the door.

It's very quite place for weekend relaxation.

The sign board at the roadside is very difficult to see. I personally don't like the first floor bathroom.
